Over the past few days

So over the last few weeks I have decided to cut a few things out of my diet that I regularly eat or drink. Things such as soda and white bread etc. Soda is pretty bad for you due to all that sugar. Puts a lot of weight on you. You will find that if you cut soda out of your diet. You will lose a significant number of pounds.

I am however sticking to that good ole phrase of everything in moderation. That goes for both the unhealthy and healthy. Like I know that you hear that saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Will that may hold somewhat true. But try eating 20 apples a day. That wouldn't be healthy at all. There are things in which we need for our bodies to function properly, that tend to be looked at in a negative light. Salt for instance. If someone tells you to cut it out of your site totally. Guess what? They are crazy. You need some sodium in your diet. Without it. You would suffer some type of deficiency.

Everything in moderation.
